Nepalstore provides digital and physical services including photo editing, printing, 3D products, game top-ups, subscriptions, and gift items. Service details may vary depending on the order.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be confirmed before processing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Some services require 50% advance payment before work begins, while selected products are available on Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver products on time, but delays may occur due to external factors. Delivery charges may apply based on location.

4. Refund & Returns

• Physical products: Refund or replacement is available only for damaged items (proof required).
• Digital services (top-ups, subscriptions, edits): Non-refundable once delivered.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct details (photos, usernames, addresses). We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information.

6. Content Use

By submitting photos or content, you confirm you have the right to use them. Nepalstore is not responsible for copyright issues.
